It’s been a while since I’ve put together a color motif inspiration board so I thought i’d be fun to start this series with a rich yet soft color palette using Pantone’s 2015 color of the year – Marsala!. What a beautiful color it is. But have you ever considered pairing it with soft blush tones and a touch of grey? So super pretty and romantic, if you ask me! Marsala as the color itself is a gorgeous, deep and earthy jewel tone that catches the eye and makes a statement. It’s dramatic, romantic, and of course, a perfect choice for weddings. Sensual and bold, delicious Marsala is definitely a color many couples will choose for their 2015 wedding motif. Decidedly dramatic, the rich and full-bodied red brown color reminds me of red wine.
