It’s been quite a while since I last feature an engagement shoot with you, so I’m pretty excited to share a couple’s engagement photos by Cramnet Studio. When Michelle (the bride), sent in their prenuptial photos, I was very surprised to see not just 1 or 2 photo engagements themes, but they actually had FIVE (5) inspiring photo themes. I pretty much knew that this engagement session was going to be awesome the very second I read the bride’s sweet description… and the inspiration behind the day. It just goes to show how creative, fun and spontaneous the couple and their photographers are. See them all below.
Crazy In Love…
Vintage Inspired…
Sunset in the Mountains…
Strolling Down the Port…
From the Bride… My fiance Jolyon and I with our photographers originally planned to have 3 photo themes – vintage, beach and crazy in love shoot. The vintage engagement shoot was inspired by our vintage-themed wedding. It was shot at Memory Lane Tagaytay. The beach shoot was advised by Karl (our photographer). We chose Laiya, Batangas since the Jolyon is from San Juan. The hospital shoot was inspired by a “Crazy in Love” theme.
We were lucky to have chosen photographers who are true artists. Most photographers have limited number of set ups, limited time, etc but Karl and Carla (Cramnet) are different, they would even wait for the rain to stop or perfect time for the sun to set.
The other 2 set-ups were spontaneous shoots. Towards the end of the day after the vintage shoot, Karl asked if we can do another shoot in area since he knew of an excellent spot there. True enough, the place was perfect and we had the sunset in the mountains shoot. The other one was the shot at the port just before reaching the beach in Laiya.
My favorite among all the set-ups is the beach shoot. I think I enjoyed that the most not only because I love beaches, but also because we were most relaxed during that time since it was the last set-up. We kind of got used to looking and projecting at the camera. It also helped that we got to bond and talk between the shoots.
