I came across a pretty fabric confetti tutorial at Twirling Betty and I got excited. Imagine cute paper cones filled with all these colorful fabric confetti to shower the newlyweds with or in an envelope with a special invitation or letter. It gives a different feel as compared to paper. All you need is some pretty leftover fabric, Elmer’s glue and a puncher.
